چکیده
Background and Objective: Adapalene/benzoyl peroxide gel (ADP/BPO) benzoyl (BPO) are recommended for the treatment of acne vulgaris during acute inflammatory phase maintenance therapy after inflammation has subsided. As an advantage continued treatment, it is expected that atrophic scar formation will be reduced by maintaining remission The purpose this study was to investigate usefulness with anti-acne drugs its effect on suppression scars. Method, Results: This a multicenter, open-label, randomized, group-controlled observation period 24 weeks. 126 patients were randomly assigned ADP/BPO group (n=40), BPO (n=44), or control (n=42). primary endpoint, success rate 89.2% in group, 87.5% which significantly higher compared (p=0.0006, p=0.0006). number lesions, secondary lower both groups at weeks (p=0.0016, p=0.0482). At weeks, showed significant improvement change count baseline (p=0.0004, p<0.0001). For formation, 3D image analysis parameters not changed but group. Side effects occurred 3 (7.5%) none Conclusion: useful Japanese reduce scars prevent deterioration.

INTRODUCTION Acne is a chronic inflammatory disease. Key to a patient's success on fixed-dose adapalene-benzoyl peroxide (BPO) gel is ensuring adherence. Use of a pump system to deliver a pre-measured amount of gel with each pressure enables application of a more consistent dose vs. the tube, which should improve adherence.
